We are looking for volunteers to support this on a monthly basis.   In addition anyone wishing to volunteer to support Good Friday activities and Kids’ Church, please contact Lynn for more details.

Electoral Roll:

The church electoral roll is a list of church members. You need to be on the Electoral Roll in order to be able to vote at the Annual Parochial Church Meeting on church matters. Dawn Fortun is our Electoral Roll Officer. Forms are available at the back of the Church, please complete and return to Dawn or Jane.

Servers:

Are there a few people who would be willing to volunteer to help with ‘serving’ at Communion services?  You don’t need any experience and you can be any age over about 10 years old.  Speak to Vicar Jane if you would like to know more.  Thanks!

First Aid:

Do we have people in the congregation who are trained (and up to date) in First Aid?  If so please can you speak to Vicar Jane or to one of the Wardens.  Thanks!

Regular Giving to Church:

If you would find it helpful to have details of how to set up a Standing Order or if you would like to join the envelopme scheme, then please speak to Jane, Peter Candie or any of the Wardens.

Sponsor an organ voluntary:

is an opportunity to hear one of your favourite pieces of music, or a piece that holds special value to you, whilst raising money for the church. Ashley will play anything (appropriate!) so use your imagination. Fill in the table on the side of the organ and follow the instructions on there. All donations can be made in an anonymous envelope, or gift-aided if you wish.

Votive Candle Stand:

Some people find it helpful to light a candle as a way of praying for someone they know or as a way of offering a prayer for a particular concern.  A votive candle stand is now available in the Lady Chapel.

Confirmation:

Bishop Jonathan is due to come to conduct a Confirmation Service here on Sunday 24th June 2012. If you know anyone who is interested in being confirmed this year, please encourage them to speak to Jane as soon as possible.
